What information we collect
When you sign up to receive essays and updates from Humanity of Design, we collect your email address and, if you choose to provide it, your first name. We don’t collect anything else.
Why we collect it
To send you essays and occasional updates about the platform. Nothing else. We will never use your email address for any other purpose, and we will never sell or share it with third parties for marketing.
How we store it
Your information is stored securely through MailerLite, our email service provider. MailerLite is GDPR compliant and processes data in accordance with European data protection law. You can read their privacy policy at mailerlite.com/legal/privacy-policy.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as you remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe, your data will be removed from our active list. You can request complete deletion at any time by emailing conversations@humanityofdesign.com.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct any inaccuracies, and request deletion. You can withdraw your consent to receive emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by contacting us directly.
To exercise any of these rights, email conversations@humanityofdesign.com and we will respond within 30 days.
